SDA maintains a zero lost time incident rate which is 25% below the industry standard. It is the policy of SDA to strive for the highest safety standards on all of our projects. Safety does not occur by chance. It is the result of careful attention to all company operations by those who are directly and indirectly involved. Our employees are SDA's most valuable asset. Team members at all levels must work diligently to execute SDA's policy of maintaining safety and occupational health.

Our safety program was developed to assure compliance with Federal, State, local regulations with particular emphasis on  the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), and OSHA requirements that apply to the construction industry. All of SDA's operational team members are OSHA 10 certified and SDA's operational leads are OSHA 30 certified. It is the obligation of all our employees to be knowledgable of the standards established by these agencies and to implement the rules and regulations contained therein on projects under their direction.
